Full Scuba Gear Rental

Your course includes the primary scuba equipment needed for training:

Personal equipment not included: Bring a quality, properly fitting mask, snorkel, and fins. These personal-fit items are not included in the rental package. Stuart Scuba’s store carries a wide selection designed for different divers’ needs, and staff can help with selection and fit.

Self-Paced E-Learning

Complete the online academic portion on your schedule before attending the required in-person training.

Classroom Session

Review important diving fundamentals, equipment, dive planning, Nitrox use, and safety procedures with a professional Stuart Scuba instructor.

Pool Training

Develop and practice essential scuba skills in a controlled environment. The smaller class size gives your instructor more time to provide personal coaching and help you become comfortable with each skill.

Two Days of Small-Group Open Water Dives

Apply everything you have learned during two days of instructor-supported open water diving. With no more than four students in the class, you will receive additional attention as you work toward completing your certification requirements.

Nitrox Certification

Nitrox training is included at no additional cost. You will learn how enriched air affects dive planning, oxygen exposure, maximum operating depth, and no-decompression limits.

Training for Students 14 and Younger

Stuart Scuba requires students who are 14 years old or younger to enroll in the Enhanced Open Water Class or Private Open Water Class.

Limiting the Enhanced class to no more than four students allows our instructors to provide younger divers with greater supervision, closer coaching, and the individual attention they deserve.

Online Registration Instructions

When registering, enter the following information exactly as it should appear on the student’s certification record:

• Student’s legal first name
• Student’s legal last name
• Student’s correct date of birth
• Student’s email address

All important course information and training communications will be sent to the student’s email address. If the student does not have an email account, please create an account that you can access before registering.
