Course Description
Know where you’re going—and how to get back! Stuart Scuba’s SDI Underwater Navigation Diver Specialty develops the skills needed to navigate accurately and confidently underwater. Through practical, instructor-led training, you’ll learn compass navigation, natural navigation techniques, distance estimation, and underwater route planning. Become a more confident, efficient, and self-reliant diver.

Prerequisites
- Minimum age 18, 10 with parental consent
- Certification: SDI Open Water Scuba Diver or equivalent
- Minimum logged dives: No additional logged dives required
- Completed SDI paperwork and medical questionnaire

- Approximately 1 day, including:
- SDI knowledge development and instructor review
- 2 open-water training dives
