Begin your underwater adventure with Stuart Scuba’s Essential Open Water Class with Nitrox. Designed for beginners who enjoy learning in a friendly group setting, this comprehensive program gives you the knowledge, skills, and real-world experience needed to become a confident certified diver.
You will complete your Open Water Diver and Nitrox certifications together—Nitrox training is included at no additional cost. When properly planned and used, enriched air Nitrox can reduce nitrogen exposure compared with air and provide longer no-decompression limits on many dives. You will begin your diving journey with two valuable certifications and a stronger understanding of dive planning and safety.
Note: For Students 14 years and under, Stuart Scuba requires that you are enrolled in an Enhanced Class with only 4 Students Total.
Important: When registering students online, use the student’s legal first name, last name, and date of birth, as this information will appear on their certification card to verify their qualification. Enter the student’s email address, as all important training communications will be sent there. If a student does not have an email account, create one that you can access. If purchasing as a gift or for a child, you may register multiple students using their information. During checkout, you will enter your own contact and payment details.

Important Information for Students 14 and Younger
Students who are 14 years old or younger must enroll in Stuart Scuba’s Enhanced Open Water Class, which limits the total class size to no more than four students. This policy allows our instructors to provide younger divers with the additional supervision and individual attention they deserve.
