Turtle & Photography Social
Join us at Stuart Scuba for an unforgettable Social Night on April 17 at 6:00 PM!
We’re excited to welcome two fantastic guest speakers for an evening of education, inspiration, and fun.
Dr. Zack Jud, Director of Education at the Stuart-based Florida Oceanographic Society, is a marine ecologist whose research focuses on human disturbance in coastal ecosystems. He holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Marine Biology from Florida Institute of Technology. Much of Zack’s work has centered on the conservation of gamefish species, including tarpon, bonefish, snook, and permit. As an avid fly angler, scuba diver, and outdoorsman, Zack brings both scientific expertise and a personal passion for protecting Florida’s waters.
We’ll also hear from David Rosario, an accomplished sealife photographer, highly experienced CCR diver, world traveler, and Southeast United States SeaLife representative. David will be sharing tips on how to take better underwater photos, get the most out of your images, and improve your results while diving. He’ll also introduce some of the latest and greatest SeaLife products, including lights and macro lenses, along with practical advice on how to use them.
We’ll also be discussing Stuart Scuba’s highly successful and exciting travel program, including some incredible upcoming trips and exciting opportunities to sign up for future travel adventures.
We’ll be serving pizza and snacks, so come hungry and ready for an epic evening with fellow divers and ocean lovers.
Seats are limited, so be sure to register early!
